#Steps to Reset Password of Gmail

• 1. Open chrome and search “gmail”
• 2. Click on “Sign in to Gmail”
• 3. Again click on “SIGN IN TO GMAIL” button
• 4. Write your “Gmail Id” and press on “Next” button
• 5. Fill “Captcha” and press on “Next” button
• 6. Click on “Forgot password?”
• 7. Enter your “Mobile Number” and press on “Next” button
• 8. Enter “OTP and press on “Next” button
• 9. Create your “New Password” and press on “Submit” button

Step 1 : Open chrome and search “gmail“

So in the first step you have to open Chrome on your computer and search for “gmail” on Chrome.

Step 2 : Click on “Sign in to Gmail“

And after searching for Gmail, you will see many options in front of you, out of which you have to first click on “Sign in to Gmail” from the website.

Step 3 : Again click on “SIGN IN TO GMAIL” button

And in the third step, you have to click on the “SIGN IN TO GMAIL” button again, which will be visible in red color.

Step 4 : Write your “Gmail Id” and press on “Next” button

And after clicking on the button, a Google Sign-in page will open in front of you, in which you have to write your “gmail id” and after writing the Gmail ID, you simply have to click on the “Next” button below.

Step 5 : Fill “Captcha” and press on “Next” button

And after clicking on the next button, a new page will open in front of you in which you have to first fill the “Captcha” and after filling the captcha, you simply have to click on the “Next” button below.

Step 6 : Click on “Forgot password?”

And after clicking on the next button, you simply have to click on the option “Forgot password?” below as you can see in the image.

Step 7 : Enter your “Mobile Number” and press on “Next” button

And now after clicking on the forgot password option, a new page will open in front of you in which you will have to enter your “mobile number” and you have to enter this mobile number which you had entered while creating your Gmail ID. 

And for a hint, you will see the last two digits of your mobile number in front of you.And after entering the mobile number, you simply have to click on the “Next” button below as you can see in the image below.

Step 8 : Enter “OTP and press on “Next” button

And after clicking on the next button, a page will open in front of you on which you have to enter the “OTP”. This OTP will come on the number which you must have entered while creating your Gmail ID.If you have not received the OTP yet, please wait for a while, the OTP will be sent to your number.

Step 9 : Create your “New Password” and press on “Submit” button

And after clicking on the next button, a new page will open in front of you in which you will have to create a “new password” for your ID. And you can write this password in any of your diaries, with the help of which you will never forget the password of your Gmail ID in future.

And after creating your new password, simply click on the “Submit” button and your new password will be created. Now, whenever you login to your Gmail ID, you will have to enter the password that you have just created.
