- Position: Sales Representative

- Division: Revenue & Commercial
- Goal: Drive revenue, hit sales targets, and expand Etihad’s market share in assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Build long-term relationships, conduct regular client meetings, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitors, evaluate market potential, and implement sales strategies to capture premium revenue.
- Strategy & Projects: Lead territory development, manage GSA contacts, and oversee area commercial projects.
- Leadership & Operations: Coach new sales reps, represent Etihad at events, and maintain accurate client data in the CRM.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 4+ years in relevant commercial/analytical sales roles.
- Skills: Team leadership/mentoring, strategic prioritization, stakeholder management, and strong presentation skills.
