Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Growth: Plan lounge expansion, evaluate new locations, and manage site development.
- Commercials & Contracts: Negotiate leases and manage 100+ partner lounge contracts to optimize costs.
- Service Standards: Set and monitor consistent standards for F&B, amenities, design, and overall customer experience.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgets, forecasting, and cost efficiency.

- Key Skills: Project management, negotiation, analytical skills, and stakeholder management.
- Success Metrics (KPIs): CSAT/NPS scores, on-time lounge expansion, and budget/cost optimization.
