will company provide work visa sponsorship?

No. Based on the job description details, work visa sponsorship is not mentioned and is extremely unlikely to be provided
.
Why this role typically requires existing local work authorization:

Regulatory Mandate: The role explicitly requires DGCA CAR 66 licensing and specific experience on the local Indian fleet (Air India), which is governed strictly by India’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation.
Domestic Posting: The position covers domestic Indian locations (Bengaluru / PAN India), where candidates are expected to already hold the right to work in India.
Unless explicitly stated in an Indian domestic airline job posting, candidates are expected to have valid authorization to work in India without requiring company visa sponsorship.
