Pay & Work Schedule
- Pay Rate: $20.22/hour (CBA progression up to $40.69/hour; overtime and shift premiums available).
- Hours: ~32 hours/week over 5 days (6.5-hour shifts post-training). Seniority-based scheduling (mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, mandatory overtime).
- Training: 4–6 weeks of paid training (8 hours/day, 5 days/week; requires 80%+ passing score).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in, ticketing, boarding, and baggage at gates, counters, and service offices.
- Handle payments, cash balancing, and computerized point-of-sale systems.
- Manage flight delays, cancellations, oversales, and lost/damaged luggage.
- Answer inquiries, issue flight information, and complete required reports.
