Role Purpose

• Work within the AeroDarat Sdn. Bhd team to ensure safe, timely, and efficient station management and ground handling for customer airlines.
• Maintain compliance with AeroDarat, regulatory department, and customer airlines policies, SOPs, and SLAs.
• Ensure operations are conducted in a safe, secure, professional, and cost-effective manner while protecting assets.

Key Accountabilities

1. Maintain high safety and security levels for all ground handling activities following company standards.
2. Enforce compliance, productivity, and efficiency among supervisors and officers. Evaluate resources (new intakes, vendors, part-timers) and escalate issues to management.
3. Authorize, monitor, and control claims, payments, staff overtime, and related costs per CAAP standards.
4. Plan and coordinate daily flight schedules, anticipate issues, and prepare mitigation strategies.
5. Monitor operational performance against company KPIs.

Qualification & Experience

• Degree in any related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ground handling.

Skills & Knowledge

• Customer management skills to handle customers and stakeholders.
• Communication and negotiation skills for managing stakeholders.
• Leadership qualities capable of managing a large workforce.
• Experience in ground handling operations and SLA management.
