Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Manage bookings, update customers on shipment status, and notify vendors of flight schedules.
• Administration & Operations: Prepare flight/customs docs, handle post-flight reports, arrange catering, manage weather diversions, and assist crew.
• Ramp & Warehouse Operations: Oversee ground handling agents, monitor cargo loading/space, ensure safe operations, and handle special cargo.
• Safety & Audits: Maintain strict compliance with safety/security regulations and undergo quality audits.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years in the cargo industry preferred; knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Skills: Strong communication, math, customer service, and multi-tasking skills; English and Spanish fluency preferred.
• Physical & Logistics: Valid driver’s license, US work authorization, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Clearances: Must pass background check, drug screen, safety exam, and obtain airport credentials (SIDA badge, CBP Seal).
