will company provide work visa sponsorship?

Based on the standard practices of Air Astana (the hiring airline) and local labor regulations in Kazakhstan, it is highly unlikely that work visa sponsorship will be provided for this position. Here is why: Language Requirements: The mandatory requirement for fluent Russian and fluent Kazakh indicates the position is intended for local candidates or citizens/residents already fluent in both national languages. Local Operational Role: Mid-level airport ground service and customer service roles in regional airports (like Karaganda) are almost exclusively filled by local nationals. Corporate Visa Policies: Airlines like Air Astana typically reserve foreign work visa sponsorship for specialized technical roles (such as foreign expatriate pilots or licensed engineers), rather than local ground services. If you are an international applicant requiring visa sponsorship to work in Kazakhstan, you would need existing legal work authorization or permanent residency in the country before applying.
