Requirements

- 3+ years experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, nursing, or care roles
- Current Australian First Aid, CPR, and RSA certificates
- Available for a 24/7 rotating roster (weekends, holidays, early/late shifts)
- Able to reach a height of 180cm
- Comfortable with pets on board
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome passengers and perform safety briefings
- Provide guest service, assist passengers with special needs, and care for unaccompanied minors
- Handle unexpected events (delays, weather, emergencies) calmly and professionally
